We offer two types of installation service: Remote and On-site. Remote Installation is an inexpensive flat-rate option for those companies wishing to save the most up-front cost possible. Basically, you have to install the hardware, and we connect to your computers over the Internet to install and configure VistaTrac. Hardware installation means you have to run the electric power and network connections for the PC4X data entry stations, and un-pack and setup the off-the-shelf hardware - not a problem for your regular maintenance staff. You don't need to be a computer technician or anything like that. We also provide training over the Internet. When we're done with the installation, VistaTrac is up and running in your plant. On-Site Installation is charged by the day, plus travel and local living expenses. We do not charge for travel time. This kind if installation is turn-key for you: we do everything, and when we're done, VistaTrac is up and running in your plant. This option insures that everything is taken care of for you, by us. You can have your staff pre-run electrical power and network cables to help keep our time on-site to a minimum. We offer these two choices so you can make the decision that's best for you: low-cost, relying on your in-house maintenance staff; or turn-key, where you don't have to do anything. |
